Title: Breakfast!-
Hey!
I'm still dreaming of the breakfast over in mae sot. The atmosphere is something just like what you'll see in hk; you get served with cups of tea even before ordering, there's sugar in huge containers that you can make every drink of yours very sweet :), and the most incredible part, they try to serve everyone at the same time.
Well, there was the 'chok' as the locals call it. Yes, porridge. I have no idea then why I was repeating that word over and over again while at that shop, but now I do. Looking back, this word sounds weird. It's like canto with teochew... shoots! I got confused! haha :D Anyway, it was nice that it tasted between drinking porridge and eating glue for breakfast. But the ginger was crazy! They added so much that I was practically crying for most of the time!! Alright, they are good for the digestive system... haha :)
By the way, the soup noodle was fabulous! From first sight it seems like those japanese noodles that was close to transparent! Then the soup was also very clear! The amazing part is, they had ingredients which is close to extinction in Sg; things like internal organs... yes, they aren't healthy, but it's something new! HA! :D
Last thing, 'pak si you'. It's the Thai version of fried kuay tiao, except that there were more vegetables there. And!! There's lots of ingredients too!! (:
ps. I guess why this post is up since I'm trying to adapt back to the Singapore food, or maybe, breakfast. It's not as if I puked when eating this morning, but the pleasure of enjoying it wasn't there ;)
yup, so that's what happened (:

HEY EVERYONE!
Someone somehow at somewhere decided to find out on something somewhat sounded like the 'random quote of the day' at sometime of the day.
Never believe anything until it has been officially denied.
~Claud Cockburn (1904 - 1981)
So yes! You should be feeling optimistic about whatever that comes in life and NEVER BE AFFECTED BY THOSE WHO DEMORALISE YOU! STUDY HARD K! (:
