Title: ocip-
Hey.
I don't think there's much I remember now when most of the ocip trip was noted in the reflection sheets which were given to mr and mrs leong.
But whatever that's not there will be here!!
OK! So, I loved the way mr n mrs leong did the reflections on different days. There were really new ideas in placed and I was rather impressed with that. Oh! There was the pair share on night 2, 'banana' group share on night 3, system essays on night 4, break for rehearsal on night 5 and hearing mrs leong "quarrel and fighting with mr leong and decided to give one question each (she sounded so serious at first that I believed it!! But she looked like she was laughing at me for my gullibility...) which was part of the post reflection and self-evaluation as they included the scenarios during the week on the night 6 (last one). And!! The warm fuzzies!! They weren't anything new, but the idea was definitely the most influential amongst all!
By the way, the air here was quite bad that I almost had sore throat on the first 3 days. Then subsequent days it was so bad that I had running nose till now! Um, the m*g**nt school had lots of sand and often, when people run over it, everywhere gets blur because of the sand!
Please bless Marilyn n shufei jie jie to get well after they weren't feeling too good these days.
Oh!! I seriously think our group are too lucky to be in this trip. I bet none of the other groups would have gone through like ours; as in, our programmes were only partly written in the schedule!!! We had additional things like visiting the local clinic, attending a movie screening about ZOA (they had a theme of 'do good, and speak about it') and also getting to know activists; those which just came by via coincidence. I'm rather sure that if Sondra knew that, she might want to come with us too!
Personally, I learnt from ultra-violent Violet and her Earth quality by being the guy slave-driver and time keeper every morning. BUT weirdly, this morning she almost died when all of us were ready to leave the hotel building while she just woke up! Apparently she was totally flat-dead since this morning, but really gotta thank her for teaching me about time-management overseas :)
Another person to thank must be Shan. If she didn't remind me to wake kc n co. up, they'd also been late. Now, here's the funny scene. Kc agreed with tim that he'd pick up my phone call as morning call. I called at 20 minutes late already, yet kc told me he slept again! Really, it's this little spark of Water quality that makes me think that I should care for my friends more often, especially in situations like this... I really can't imagine if I left them alone this morning!
The next is our driver. I don't know his name, but I was awake this morning to witness how he saved our butts along the roads. Despite the bumps, he was real daring and adventurous that he overtook trucks ahead swiftly even though it was a two-laned road while there were vehicles coming in the opposite direction. He also tried his very best to avoid the humps from the poorly repaired bitumen roads. The way he swerved, the way we zoomed... Knowing that we are all safe now shows that he really deserved all the praise I'm giving him now. I think seeing him every morning and greeting him with smiles by all of us really did make him believe that we do trust him. One more thing about him is that he seemed to know every single road in Thailand when he could almost drive to any place around our hotel, especially when he mostly work in Bangkok! He's just too awesome!
There's no one else left, just that I truly admired the way those kids wanted to take my number and asking when I'd be back to visit them. I want to asap, but it's very obvious that I can't for at least 3 years! sigh... I guess I'll have to stop feeling the drops of water in my eyes now, 'cause I told them I might visit them 2 years later! NOOO!! I'm going to break my promise!!
Help me get over with my problem soon, since it started yesterday already!
~smiles! (:
yup, so that's what happened (:

HEY EVERYONE!
Someone somehow at somewhere decided to find out on something somewhat sounded like the 'random quote of the day' at sometime of the day.
Never believe anything until it has been officially denied.
~Claud Cockburn (1904 - 1981)
So yes! You should be feeling optimistic about whatever that comes in life and NEVER BE AFFECTED BY THOSE WHO DEMORALISE YOU! STUDY HARD K! (:
